Job summary

DP World - Moreno Valley is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support inbound and outbound shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will coordinate shipping and receiving, maintain shipment and inventory records, communicate with carriers and internal teams, and help ensure products are received, processed, and shipped on time.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities while supporting efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Experience in automotive or logistics environment.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and handles collection, verification and dissemination of material levels and customer needs.
• Update trailer report and Team Board.
• Ensures inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
