Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in parts support, parts sales, customer service, inventory management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of parts identification, catalogs, or technical diagrams, or the ability to learn.
• Strong customer service skills with a willingness to assist customers and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with order processing and basic inventory procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts accurately using catalogs, diagrams, and available technical resources.
• Assist internal and external customers with parts inquiries, availability, pricing, and compatibility.
• Troubleshoot basic parts-related issues and elevate more complex concerns when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service through professional communication and timely responses.
• Process parts orders, including order entry, verification, and coordination with inventory and shipping teams.
• Track and follow up on open orders, backorders, and customer requests to ensure timely completion.
• Work closely with service, sales, and warehouse teams to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions in company systems.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, parts catalogs, and internal systems.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve workflows and customer service processes.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock counts, inventory updates, and monitoring parts availability.
