Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage calls. You will respond to inquiries, enter orders, place orders via multiple channels, and partner with account reps to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with up to three years of related experience, strong communication, and multitasking abilities. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 0–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Reliability, organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Moderate computer skills and familiarity with business systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic product inquiries, provide quotes and handle order entry.
• Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in.
• Influence gross profit by negotiating price within parameters.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Ensure inventory availability and expedite backorders as needed.
• Handle returns and coordinate shipments with account representatives.
