Job summary

Magnet Forensics Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to own the end-to-end order fulfillment process in a hybrid US role. You will maintain contract data, fulfill licenses, invoice customers, and ship products while coordinating with internal teams to ensure contractual compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in order fulfillment, experience with Salesforce, and strong attention to detail. Occasional after-hours support may be needed; a collaborative, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment processing.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and fulfill customer orders within SLAs and provide timely, high-quality service.
• Create accurate Order Contracts.
• Create Accounts within Invoicing Portals.
• Create software licenses within various systems.
• Create and maintain reports through Salesforce.com.
• Create and maintain workflow process documents and videos.
• Manage the team’s inventory requirements.
• Invoice clients and prepare reports as needed.
• Respond to customer emails regarding license and fulfillment inquiries.
• Perform clerical duties such as maintaining financial filing and record systems.
• Assist the sales team with customer issues, orders, and sales requirements.
• Assist with completing Vendor Forms.
