Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field and at least two years of experience in order management or customer service, with ERP/WMS familiarity and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations preferred.
• Two years’ experience in customer order management or customer service.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Experience coordinating customer accounts and sales orders.
• Experience with ERP and WMS applications preferred.
• Detail-oriented with initiative and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and internal orders with accuracy and within established timeframes.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase requisitions.
• Evaluate orders for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with program and contractual requirements.
• Perform fulfillment system processing, including allocation, release, tracking updates, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Order Planning, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely delivery.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to provide status updates and ensure alignment.
• Apply attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and support continuous improvement.
