Medical Devices Company is seeking a Customer Order Management Analyst in Franklin Lakes, NJ for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on coordinating touchless end-to-end order flow and movement of shipments from the Distribution Center to clients, interfacing with regional teams and supply chain to ensure timely fulfillment.

The position requires mid-level experience, effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders, and leveraging Excel to monitor and improve order accuracy and process

Responsibilities

• Oversee touchless end-to-end order flow from DC to customers.
• Coordinate with regional units and supply chain for timely orders.
• Set priorities, meet deadlines, and share knowledge with peers.
• Liaise with functional teams on order status, shipping dates, delays.
• Own QTC order management from receipt to invoicing within SLAs.
• Use Excel to monitor, analyze, report and identify root causes of errors.
• Provide updates to leadership and escalate when deadlines risk.
• Pursue continuous improvement opportunities in operations.
