Job summary

Dawar Consulting is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist based in Indianapolis, IN with a hybrid work arrangement. The role manages end-to-end customer order experiences, from inquiry to delivery, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The position requires experience in customer service or related operations, strong communication, and familiarity with order management. SAP and Salesforce experience are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree + 1 year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with order management, order fulfillment, customer service, or related operations.
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and orders from initiation through delivery via phone and email.
• Process order changes, replacements, returns, credits, and debits.
• Troubleshoot issues related to pricing, invoicing, products, and logistics.
• Track and analyze customer/order trends and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate product promotions, process changes, and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve service.
• Identify process improvements and support quality objectives.
• Provide reporting, specialized support, and assistance with special projects.
