Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to accurately enter and process customer orders from initiation to fulfillment. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Availability includes 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST with two remote days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of order entry, customer service or sales-support experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in order management systems.
• Review orders for pricing accuracy and product availability.
• Verify customer and billing/shipping details and requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, credits, returns and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues promptly.
• Identify improvements to order entry and fulfillment processes.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and data standards.
