Job summary

You will process orders, update SAP/Salesforce records, and respond to customer emails to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction. Qualified applicants have strong written communication, multitasking ability, and prior experience in customer service or order processing.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and typing skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, call center, or technical support roles.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter customer purchase orders into SAP using AI-assisted tools.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer records in SAP and Salesforce CRM.
• Respond to and prioritize a high volume of customer emails.
• Coordinate internally on behalf of customers for order updates, changes, tracking, and resolution of service-related issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in collaboration with internal teams.
