Jazwares, LLC is seeking an Order Processing Specialist I to handle accurate entry, validation, and tracking of standard orders. You will work with Sales, Procurement, Merchandising, and Logistics to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and a willingness to learn our core systems and procedures within a dynamic operations team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in order processing, operations, or customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail with basic proficiency in standard operational systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to working cross-functionally.
• A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with the ability to handle straightforward orders under guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, enter, and validate standard orders within our systems while tracking order status to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Communicate with Sales, Procurement, Merchandising, and Logistics to resolve basic order issues; escalate complex delays or discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain clear, accurate records, reports, and documentation while learning core systems, policies, and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying solutions that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
