Staffmark in Troy, OH is hiring an Order Entry Specialist to accurately enter and process customer orders from multiple sales channels. You will review purchasing documents, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires at least 3 years in data entry or order processing, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with EDI systems. This is a temporary position with a 1st shift schedule and a $22 per hour wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders from various sales channels.
• Receive, interpret, and resolve customer order inquiries in a timely manner.
• Review purchase orders, quotations, and product specifications to ensure order accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain EDI orders and troubleshoot discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, and product line teams to support order fulfillment.
• Manage projects and customer requirements while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records and provide follow-up communication regarding order status and resolutions.
