Staffmark Group in Troy, OH is hiring an Order Entry Specialist to accurately enter and process customer orders from multiple sales channels. This temporary role supports warehouse operations and helps ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in data entry or order processing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. EDI experience is a plus; position offers $22 hourly, 8 AM–5 PM, first shift.

Job Duties

• Accurately enter and process customer orders from various sales channels.
• Receive, interpret, and resolve customer order inquiries in a timely manner.
• Review purchase orders, quotations, and product specifications to ensure order accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain EDI orders and troubleshoot discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, and product line teams to support order fulfillment.
• Manage projects and customer requirements while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records and provide follow-up communication regarding order status and resolutions.
