Job summary

Staffmark Group in Troy, OH is seeking a Part-time Materials and Shipping Clerk to support receiving, packing, and inventory in a fast-paced warehouse. The role emphasizes accuracy and teamwork to keep materials moving.

Responsibilities include tracking inventory, creating POs, coordinating shipments, and maintaining data in ERP and MS Office tools. Schedule is 7 AM to 3:30 PM, three days per week, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior experience.
• ERP experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory levels, supplier lead times, and product shortages to help keep materials available for production.
• Create purchase orders, request supplier quotes, and support purchasing activities to maintain inventory needs.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments, including air freight, while preparing shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Work with transportation providers to arrange pickups, deliveries, and resolve shipping issues quickly.
• Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory data into computer systems while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with inventory counts, warehouse organization, general office tasks, and follow all safety and housekeeping standards.
