Staffmark Group in Troy, OH is hiring an Order Entry Specialist to accurately enter and process customer orders from multiple sales channels. This temporary role supports warehouse operations and helps ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in data entry or order processing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. EDI experience is a plus; position offers $22 hourly, 8 AM–5 PM, first shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years data entry/order processing/customer service experience.
• Experience handling orders from multiple sales channels preferred.
• Familiarity with EDI order processing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders from multiple channels.
• Interpret and resolve order inquiries promptly.
• Review purchase orders, quotations, and specs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI orders.
• Coordinate with customers and sales teams to fulfill orders.
• Maintain accurate records and provide status updates.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
