Kelly Services in Chesterfield, MI is seeking an Order Entry Customer Service Representative to support the order lifecycle from entry to invoicing. You will manage price files and ensure adherence to standard procedures while serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries.

You will coordinate scheduling changes with internal teams to address shortages and expedite orders as needed, leveraging Excel, Word, and MRPs to maintain data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
• Minimum of two years of sales and customer service/coordination experience in automotive or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with MRP systems and customer portals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries and order requests, reporting to the Sales Coordinator Manager or Sales Coordinator Supervisor.
• Processing all aspects of customer orders from inception to invoicing while managing customer price files and ensuring adherence to standard procedures.
• Communicating scheduling changes and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to address potential shortages and expedite orders as necessary.
