Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our onsite team in Clinton Township, MI. This role focuses on accurately processing customer orders, managing delivery expectations, and resolving issues to maintain high service levels.

You will work with Eclipse and Salesforce, support internal and external customers, and contribute to growth in sales and gross profits while upholding Kendall Group policies.

Qualifications

• Entry level work experience acceptable; associate degree or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard business software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to multi-task and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders, respond to calls, faxes and emails promptly.
• Maintain and grow customer sales and gross profits to meet growth objectives.
• Enter orders into Eclipse and Salesforce and document transactions per quality system.
• Reach out to customers to follow-up on quotes and provide feedback to outside sales reps and suppliers.
• Initiate solutions for customer issues and ensure long-term resolution; expedite orders when necessary.
• Maintain quality service by adhering to Kendall Group policies and procedures.
