Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join its Operations team in Rolling Meadows, IL. The role supports accurate processing of customer orders across email, mail, fax, and online submissions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll review orders for completeness, maintain high-speed data entry, and update customer info in Dynamics and internal systems while providing professional service and timely responses. This is a hybrid role with seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative, customer service, order entry, data entry, call center support, or office support experience.
• Experience in a high-volume transaction processing environment preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders received through Email, Mail, Fax, and Internet/online channels.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy before entry.
• Maintain high speed and accuracy while processing daily orders.
• Enter and update customer information in Microsoft Dynamics and internal systems.
