Job summary

TWENTY2 Wallpaper & Textiles is hiring an in-office Orders Liaison to drive the order-to-invoice lifecycle. You will enter orders, validate pricing, and manage customer communications with professionalism in the TWENTY2 brand voice.

You will ensure timely order processing within 48 hours, coordinate with production and shipping, and escalate complex issues to the Orders Lead. A detail-oriented approach and strong ERP/CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry accuracy in transactional roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication to customers.
• Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines.
• Sharp eye for detail in order processing and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Enter incoming purchase orders into ERP with accuracy for quantities, pricing, and SKUs.
• Confirm delivery expectations and lead times on new orders.
• Interpret complex POs and verify pricing against contracts or promos.
