Job summary

Enwork is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry professional to accurately and promptly process new customer orders and generate vendor purchase orders. You will partner with internal departments to ensure orders flow smoothly, audit orders for accuracy, and communicate with customers and dealers daily.

The role requires strong data entry, knowledge of manufacturing scheduling, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Typing speed 60 WPM or higher.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; ERP experience preferred.
• Office furniture knowledge a plus, familiarity with contract manufacturing is helpful.
• ERP systems experience is essential for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely entry of customer orders.
• Creation of vendor purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage orders.
• Auditing orders for accuracy against schedules.
• Daily email communications with customers, dealers and reps.
• Understand manufacturing processes, supply chain and scheduling.
• Apply product knowledge to review orders efficiently.
• Maintain organization and clear communication to meet commitments.
• Email vendor POs and customer acknowledgements/proforma invoices.
• Perform other tasks to improve customer experience and throughput.
