Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a customer service specialist to support high-volume order processing and post-sale tasks. You will review new orders, process webs orders daily, and handle returns with accuracy.

You will coordinate LTL pickups and communicate with customers by phone and email, escalating issues to leadership when needed. We value professionalism, dependability, and teamwork while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Visual Comfort Customer Service experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Strong aptitude for navigating CRM and Order Management systems.
• Experience in interior design or luxury home furnishings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of customer documents and orders accurately.
• Review new orders and process webs orders daily.
• Process and manage returns efficiently.
• Schedule and contact customers for LTL pick-ups with timely communication.
• Support Customer Service via phone and email and escalate complex issues as needed.
