Qualifications

• 2 - 5+ years in customer service and/or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact to answer questions and provide order updates.
• Process sales orders into the ERP and track from inception to completion.
• Review vendor acknowledgments for accuracy and post in ERP; resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Coordinate delivery, service, and installation with operations personnel.
