Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of order entry, customer service, inside sales or power transmission industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience in a technical industry preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented with strong comprehension and memory skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into manufacturing system.
• Contact customers for information about purchase orders.
• Work with drafting on order information.
• File and maintain paperwork associated with each order.
• Assist Customer Experience team by working on quotes from the quotes queue.
• Assist Customer Experience team by taking customer phone calls in a backup capacity.
• May be assigned order processing duties for Key & Target Accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
