Nord Gear Corporation in Corona, CA is seeking an Order Entry Clerk to receive, process, and confirm customer orders while supporting related sales activities to ensure accurate products reach customers.

The role requires entering orders in SAP, contacting customers for PO details, coordinating with drafting, and handling paperwork. It also involves assisting the Quotes queue and providing back-up customer calls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of order entry or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in power transmission industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and memory.

Responsabilités

• Enter orders into SAP/manufacturing system.
• Contact customers for information about purchase orders.
• Work with drafting on order information.
• File and maintain paperwork associated with each order.
• Assist Customer Experience team by working on quotes from the quotes queue.
• Assist Customer Experience team by taking customer phone calls (in back-up capacity).
• May be assigned order processing duties for Key & Target Accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
