Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech, an established industrial laundry serving the eastern U.S., is seeking an Order Entry Specialist (Order Analyst) to support Operations, Service, Sales and Accounting. The role focuses on accurate order processing, billing and document control to ensure 100% delivery and invoicing accuracy.

The position requires a high school diploma (associate’s degree preferred), at least four years of relevant experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Know contracts and service agreements; liaise with customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Service, Sales, Accounting).
• Audit documents for adherence to company guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy in item identification, cost setup, inventory and delivery frequencies.
• Work independently to ensure 100% accuracy in deliveries and billing statements.
• Input final drafts of approved documents.
• Research and resolve internal and external customer questions and requests.
