ITU AbsorbTech is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to support our Operations, Service and Sales, and Accounting teams. The role emphasizes accurate order data and timely processing to ensure 100% delivery and billing precision.

On-site in New Berlin, WI, the position requires a High School diploma and at least four years of relevant experience, with a preference for an associate's degree in finance or a related field.

Formación

• High School diploma, preferably an associate's degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Be knowledgeable of contractual service agreements.
• Work with internal and external customers.
• Perform accurate auditing of documents to assure adherence to all company guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail relative to item identification, cost set-up, inventory and delivery frequencies with approval requirements.
• Work independently to ensure 100% accuracy in deliveries and billing statements.
• Input accurate entry of final drafts of approved documents.
• Research and solve internal and external customer questions and requests.
