Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This onsite role handles inbound calls, emails, and proactive outreach to support customers and strengthen relationships.

You will track service requests in Microsoft Dynamics, work with internal teams to resolve issues, and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services. Competitive benefits are provided as part of a stable, established employer.

Schedule:

8:00 am to 4:30pm, hours vary based on travel and business needs. No weekends or holidays.

This position works onsite in New Berlin, WI.
