Job summary

Blueprint Manufacturing in Irvine, CA is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will serve as a bridge between sales, fulfillment, and support to uphold customer satisfaction and operational integrity.

Key tasks include entering orders in the ERP with precision, confirming pricing and delivery dates, coordinating with inventory and shipping, and generating confirmations and shipping documents while tracking backorders and reporting issues

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to spot errors in data.
• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
• Effective time-management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or related coursework preferred.
• 0-5 years of experience in order entry, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
