Job summary

Orion Ornamental Iron, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry specialist to ensure customer orders are accurately entered and processed.

You will read incoming orders, select the correct items from the system, and input orders with a focus on quality checks and accuracy. Responsibilities include inputting orders in QuickBooks, reviewing for errors, printing production orders, and preparing estimates for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Order Entry or in a similar role is preferred with QuickBooks experience.
• Ability to work with computers for long periods and inputting orders.
• Familiarity with computer systems and QuickBooks software is preferred.
• Previous training and/or certifications in Order Entry is preferred
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment

Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented Order Entry to join our team. As an Order Entry you will be tasked with the important responsibility of ensuring customer orders are entered correctly in the system. You will read incoming orders and select the correct items from the System and input the orders. You will also do quality check of the orders entered and evaluate custom orders before inputting in the system.
