About the role - The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately capturing customer orders, updating inventory records, and ensuring timely processing through our ERP system. This entry-level position supports the sales and fulfillment teams while delivering high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the ERP system with 100% accuracy.

• Verify product availability and coordinate with inventory control to confirm stock levels.

• Communicate order status, confirmations, and any discrepancies to customers promptly.

• Generate and distribute order acknowledgments, invoices, and shipping documents.

• Maintain up-to-date order logs and reports in Microsoft Excel.

• Assist in resolving order-related issues, such as backorders or pricing adjustments.

• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Required qualifications
