ORION ORNAMENTAL IRON INC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented Order Entry to join our team. You will read incoming orders, select the correct items from the system, and input the orders with care.

You will also perform quality checks, input estimates for customers, print orders for production, and support general office duties. QuickBooks experience is preferred, and you will contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Order Entry or in a similar role is preferred with QuickBooks experience.
• Ability to work with computers for long periods and inputting orders.
• Familiarity with computer systems and QuickBooks software is preferred.
• Previous training and/or certifications in Order Entry is preferred
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment

Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented Order Entry to join our team. As an Order Entry you will be tasked with the important responsibility of ensuring customer orders are entered correctly in the system. You will read incoming orders and select the correct items from the System and input the orders. You will also do quality check of the orders entered and evaluate custom orders before inputting in the system.
