ORION ORNAMENTAL IRON INC is seeking a diligent Order Entry specialist to ensure accurate entry of customer orders. You will read incoming orders, select correct items, and input them into the system with quality checks before final submission.

Responsibilities include billing and production readiness tasks, reviewing for errors, and preparing production-bound orders. The role requires reliable computer skills and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous experience as an Order Entry or in a similar role is preferred with QuickBooks experience.
• Ability to work with computers for long periods and inputting orders.
• Familiarity with computer systems and QuickBooks software is preferred.
• Previous training and/or certifications in Order Entry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and detail-oriented Order Entry to join our team. As an Order Entry you will be tasked with the important responsibility of ensuring customer orders are entered correctly in the system. You will read incoming orders and select the correct items from the System and input the orders. You will also do quality check of the orders entered and evaluate custom orders before inputting in the system.

• Print Orders for Production.

Qualifications
