The Bay Family of Companies are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to provide customer service, office administration, and sales support. You will answer calls and inquiries, update orders/quotes, and assist with order entry and paperwork to ensure on-time shipments.

Responsibilities include entering orders, communicating with customers and warehouse staff, confirming orders, tracking shipments, and supporting the sales team with quotes and inquiries.

Formación

• One year of experience within an office environment.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Products.

Responsabilidades

• Enter orders into computer system.
• Communicate with warehouse workers and customers.
• Call customers to confirm orders and provide shipment/arrival times.
• Coordinate and track customer orders and scheduling.
• Provide proof of deliveries to customers.
• Support sales with quotes and inquiries.
• Place and track purchase orders with vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and determine re-order amounts.
• Maintain cost data on components and packaging.
• Assist in pulling materials for customer pickups/deliveries.
