Key responsibilities include entering orders, coordinating with warehouse staff, confirming shipments, tracking orders, and supporting the sales team with quotes and inquiries, while maintaining accurate cost

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within an office environment.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into computer system.
• Communicate with warehouse workers and customers.
• Call customers to confirm orders and provide approximate shipment and arrival times.
• Assist with coordination and tracking of customer orders to ensure on-time shipping.
• Provide proof of deliveries to customers.
• Support sales team with quotes and basic customer inquiries.
• Place and track purchase orders with vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and determine re-order amounts and timing.
