Job summary

Mechanical Insulation Supply Inc in Sparks, NV, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to handle customer service, office administration and sales support. You will answer calls, answer inquiries, process orders and provide timely updates on quotes and shipments.

Key tasks include entering orders, coordinating with the warehouse, confirming delivery times, supporting the sales team with quotes, and tracking purchase orders.

• Assist in maintaining accurate cost data on components and package.
• Assists warehouse/driver in pulling material for customer pickups and deliveries as needed
• Will be required to perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for customer service, office administration, and sales support. Provide customer service via answering phone calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders and quotes. Assist with office duties including completing paperwork, order entry, and other office work as requested.
