Zusammenfassung

PCA, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver superior service to customers in Idaho. You will handle inquiries on product availability, pricing, freight, and orders, while resolving billing issues and maintaining organized files.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Design and Production teams to schedule orders, track delivery dates, and ensure accurate invoicing. Flexibility for overtime is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
• Two years' experience in customer service handling orders on an order entry system.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate account activity to Sales Representatives and other teams.
• Coordinate requests for specifications, availability, shipping, quotes, and samples.
• Serve as a link between customer, design, sales and production teams to meet requirements.
• Manage inventory levels and reconciliation to orders and month-end physical counts.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues and escalate when needed.
