Appliedcontrol is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage order administration, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. You will support pricing, invoicing issues, and back‑up workload with the Order Administrator team while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, managing multiple tasks, and using Outlook/Office tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with order entry, purchasing and expediting preferred.
• Experience with an ERP system preferred.
• Ability to execute standard operating procedures delivering quality results.
• Thrives on providing and enhancing exceptional customer experiences.
• Eager to ask questions and understand big-picture strategies.
• Ability to communicate across departments to meet customer needs.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Beginning to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute order administration including entry, purchasing, date management, expediting, changes, returns, and documentation.
• Support Sales in meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Coordinate with Sales to provide timely responses and resolve order issues.
• Collaborate with Order Administrator team for workload and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve pricing and invoicing issues.
• Communicate with Operations to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform other duties to support exceptional customer experiences.
