Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Customer Service Order Entry specialist to promptly address customer needs with courtesy and professionalism. You will assist with order entry, placement, fulfillment, product information and scheduling, acting as a liaison among production, customers and sales to provide availability and scheduling details.

Responsibilities include managing orders with the project manager, coordinating with Sourcing/SOPT, communicating schedule changes, and handling credit

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and a team player.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task within timeframes.
• Strong verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Previous customer service experience; industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager with order placement, template scheduling, delivery and installation services.
• Manage order entry process.
• Coordinate with Sourcing team and SOPT to secure needed product.
• Liaise with production or scheduling managers on special order requirements.
• Monitor upcoming job schedules and communicate changes to team members.
• Report and communicate any credit issues to sales personnel.
• Answer incoming calls or emails promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as requested.
