Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage order processing and provide sales-related support to internal and external customers. The role emphasizes delivering legendary customer service, coordinating from quoting to delivery and invoicing, and ensuring accurate order details across departments.

The position requires experience with order management, billing, and ERP/CRM tools, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with order management or account management.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, quoting or related activities.
• Experience using an ERP or CRM system (SAP preferred).
• Experience supporting a sales team is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for products/services and provide order status communications.
• Coordinate with other departments on order status, shipping dates, prices and availability.
• Resolve billing issues with customers in collaboration with A/R collections.
• Provide price quotes and pre/post order support for standard and some specialty products.
