Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, seeks a Customer Support Specialist in Malvern, AR. The role focuses on order processing, quoting, and providing excellent customer service across order lifecycle from inquiry to invoicing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience with order management, account management, or similar experience.
• Mechanical background/experience preferred.
• Customer Service experience.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, quoting, or related activities.
• Experience supporting a sales team preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse workforce and customer base in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce.com CRM, AS 400, and SCPQ tools, SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Processes orders for products and/or services; coordinates status, pricing, availability, back orders, and documents.
• Customer Billing Resolution: Investigates and resolves billing issues related to customer disputes.
• Sales Support: Provide price & availability, formal quotations and other pre and post order support functions for standard and some specialty products and services.
