Job summary

Xylem Water Solutions Netherlands is hiring a Customer Support Specialist in the United States, offering hybrid work across Sanford, Fort Myers, and Jupiter, FL. You will manage orders, provide quotes, and support billing while coordinating with sales and other departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of customer service experience, SAP/CRM familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and SCPQ tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with order management, account management, or similar roles.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, quoting, or related activities.
• Experience using an ERP or CRM system; SAP experience preferred.
• Salesforce.com CRM experience preferred.
• AS 400 and SCPQ tools experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for products and/or services; manage order status and details.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues related to customer disputes.
• Provide price, availability, quotations and post-order support for products and services.
