The role involves coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries. Ideal candidates have a background in order management, billing, and customer service, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in order management or related roles.
• Mechanical background preferred.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, quoting or related tasks.
• Experience supporting a sales team is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, AS/400, SCPQ tools and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process product and service orders from sales staff or customers.
• Provide timely order status updates and coordinate with departments.
• Resolve billing disputes and support revenue collection.
• Offer price, availability, quotations and post-order support.
