Xylem is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in a hybrid role based in Florida. You will handle order processing, billing resolution, and sales support, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate quotes, orders, and invoicing.

The role emphasizes delivering legendary customer service and efficient order management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with order management, account management, or similar.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, quoting, or related activities.
• Experience using an ERP or CRM system; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience supporting a sales team preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM, AS 400, and SCPQ tools, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for products and/or services from sales staff or direct customer contact.
• Provide proactive follow up on order backlog and communicate order status and changes.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues related to customer disputes.
