Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Service Center Specialist to support service center and branch operations. You will handle calls, generate quotes, enter orders, and assist with contracts, billing, and documentation.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems. This is a full-time position in the United States with a pay range of $25.00–$29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of work experience, or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Light construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, inquiries, and walk-ins.
• Generate rental quotes and place orders by phone, in person, or by email.
• Answer product questions and refer to service or sales personnel when needed.
• Enter orders and arrange deliveries per customer agreements and freight terms.
• Support contract renewals, maintenance, and PO updates.
• Review auto-renewals and contract changes with branch staff.
• Process equipment rentals, schedule pickups, and prepare sign-off paperwork.
• Assist Service Shop Technicians by completing work orders and pulling parts.
• Help compile metrics and ensure timely customer requests.
