Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Sr. Customer Support Coordinator & Order Management in a hybrid role based in Florida. This position focuses on coordinating projects from quotation through delivery, managing customer communications, and ensuring on-time project completion while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in related roles and comfort with engineering documentation. The role supports engineering, operations, procurement, and sales teams, ensuring smooth order

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects, orders, and customer communications.
• Experience with engineered products or industrial sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents to ensure requirements are understood.
• Coordinate project execution from order to completion including timelines and deliverables.
• Process and manage customer orders with pricing validation and system entry.
• Host kickoff meetings and align teams on scope and schedule.
• Monitor schedules and communicate status, risks, and milestones to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors for availability, pricing, and compliance.
• Support quotation activities and preorder/postorder sales support.
