Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) architect to drive implementation and enhancements. You will lead requirement gathering, fit-gap sessions with business users, and configure end-to-end recruiting processes including requisitions, workflows, approvals, and onboarding handoffs.

You will design career sites, branding, and candidate application flows, and oversee integrations with job boards and HR systems.

• Experience configuring recruiting processes, approvals, and workflows.
• Experience designing career sites, branding, and candidate applications.
• Experience with integrations to job boards, background verification, and HR apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation and enhancement projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering and fit-gap workshops with business users.
• Configure recruiting processes: requisitions, candidate workflows, and approval hierarchies.
• Design and configure career sites, branding, and candidate applications.
• Configure job requisitions, questionnaires, assessments, interview scheduling, and offers.
• Define recruiting roles, security profiles, and data access controls.
• Support integrations with third-party job boards and HR systems.
• Manage recruiting lifecycle from requisition to onboarding handoff.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
