Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Application Developer to own Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) within a heavily integrated enterprise environment. You will shape architecture, anticipate upstream and downstream dependencies, and partner with Product Managers to design and implement scalable, global HR tech solutions.

You will lead end-to-end projects, drive automation, ensure data integrity, and work with Recruiting and HR leadership to deliver compliant, high-impact systems.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience.
2+ years partnering with Talent Acquisition/HR to deliver technical solutions.
Proven full application development lifecycle experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for multi-platform issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

Design & Architecture: act as technical authority for ORC and design scalable solutions.
Technical Execution: implement and optimize ORC configurations, ensuring data integrity and automation.
End-to-End Project Leadership: scope and drive HR tech initiatives, translate requirements into design.
Product & Business Partnership: collaborate with Recruiting and HR leadership and validate designs through demos and testing.
