Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead our client's Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation as it moves from Taleo to ORC. You will partner with IT and HR, coordinating with the vendor to ensure a successful deployment.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, develop plans, track risks, budgets, and timelines, and deliver executive status reports. The role requires experience with HRIS/ATS deployments and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise system implementations from planning through go-live and post-production support.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), or comparable HR/ATS platform implementations.
• Experience managing ATS/HRIS/HCM implementations with multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: migrating Taleo to ORC and experience with other ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and post-production support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track risks and dependencies, manage budgets and timelines.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and establish project governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and drive accountability across all workstreams.
• Oversee data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, training coordination, cutover planning, and Hypercare support.
