Job summary

KAPITAL is seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant to lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of ORC. You will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end recruiting solutions.

The role requires hands-on ORC experience, at least two full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, deep recruiting knowledge, and strong client-facing and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Experience in two full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Deep understanding of recruiting processes: requisitions, candidate management, interviews, offers.
• Experience configuring ORC workflows, career sites, security, approvals, and templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead ORC requirements-gathering and solution design workshops.
• Configure career sites, job requisitions, applications, interviews, offers, and workflows.
• Design approvals, notifications, templates, and recruiting processes.
• Support ORC integrations with Core HR, onboarding, and third-party systems.
• Perform testing (functional, integration, UAT) and production validation.
• Train recruiters, hiring managers, HR admins and users.
• Prepare design docs, workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.
• Collaborate with IT for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions.
