We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud. The consultant will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective end-to-end recruiting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud requirements-gathering and solution-design workshops.
- Configure career sites, job requisitions, candidate applications, questionnaires, interview scheduling, offers, and hiring workflows.
- Design approval workflows, security roles, notifications, templates, and recruiting processes.
- Support integrations between ORC and Core HR, onboarding, background-check providers, job boards, and other third-party systems.
- Perform functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production validation.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and recommend solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.
- Support data conversion, release updates, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
- Train recruiters, hiring managers, HR administrators, and business users.
- Collaborate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Experience with at least two full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes, including requisitions, candidate management, interviews, offers, and hiring.
- Experience configuring ORC workflows, career sites, security, approvals, notifications, and templates.
- Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR and onboarding integrations.
- Experience with HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and testing skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to independently lead an ORC workstream and manage multiple priorities.
