Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled technical lead for our Order Management evolution. You will guide cross-functional teams across IT and business units, shaping designs for both on-prem Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

You will drive continuous improvement by collaborating with Product, Sales, and Supply Chain leaders, leveraging Oracle modules and cloud technologies to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of Oracle EBS Order Management or Oracle Cloud experience.
• Strong leadership of complex IT projects including cloud migrations.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle R12 EBS/Oracle Cloud systems and order management.

• Lead complex IT projects including cloud migrations.
• Create functional designs and technical specs for Order Management apps (on-prem Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• Gather requirements from business partners and drive development, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with business and IT to meet commitments and manage issues to on-time delivery.
• Estimate effort and lead solution delivery using Oracle applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
